About Me

I am a fully qualified Clinical Hypnotherapist based in Wallington, Surrey.

I have a wealth of experience working with people, including working in Children's Services for a local authority.

I pride myself in the fields of self-improvement and self-care. I'm also trained in the  Ericksonian hypnotherapy method. I am an Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) practitioner and a Life Coach. I combine EFT and Life Coaching with hypnotherapy.

I provide treatments for several conditions and problems, including alcohol reduction moderation, weight loss, stress, anxiety, phobias, depression, building confidence, quitting smoking, sports performance, and addictions.

Much of my work is carried out remotely throughout the UK using Zoom, MS Teams, and WhatsApp however, face-to-face sessions are also an option.

All new clients will begin with a full consultation, which will help me and the client understand the issues, unwanted habits, and underlying problems.
